Carla is very helpful in so many ways. The place is located in the middle of Positano. The famous ceramic spot where people take photos and the franco’s bar are just located across the place. The place has complete amenities.

Villa Dalù is in a fantastic location in the heart of Positano, with a beautiful view from our room. We really enjoyed being able to walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops, and the host was very responsive throughout our stay. There were a few things about the room that could use some attention. The showerhead was damaged and sprayed water in several directions, and we noticed mildew in the shower area. We did find a cockroach in the bathroom and another small, unidentified bug in the bed. Afterward, we noticed some dark markings along the mattress seams. We were unable to determine what they were from, but wanted to mention our experience for other travelers. I would also recommend confirming the current Positano city tax rate prior to payment, as there was some initial confusion regarding the amount during our stay. Overall, we had a wonderful time in Positano and really enjoyed the location, views, and convenience of Villa Dalù. With a few updates and some additional attention to the room, it would be an even more enjoyable stay.

Carla was very nice. She’s happy to bring breakfast in the morning, and even provide recommendations to restaurants or even coordinate excursions. My wife and I didn’t know this prior to our trip so we already had our days planned out during our stay. However, it’s nice to know that’s an option. The views and location of the property is great. Very close to good places to eat and is an easy walk down to the beach and not a bad hike back up compared to other places. Where things fell short was our room was very small. There wasn’t a lot of space to move around or even to place our luggage. Additionally, there seemed to be a pest problem. We found many ants throughout our room and my wife even found a roach underneath her bag as we were checking out. We specifically stayed in the Double Room, Sea View. So, I can’t say if the others rooms are just as small or have the same pest problems. Aside from these issues that came up for us, our stay was very pleasant.

Staying at Villa Dalu was a beautiful experience for us. Our family travelled in late June-early July 2026. The property is located in an area very accessible to everything; easy walk/climb down to the beach and ferries, walking distance to restaurants, shops and gelato parlors. The property was magnificent. We had breakfast every morning on a beautiful patio filled with lemon and tangerine trees, overlooking the sea and the picturesque mountain views that make Positano such a prime location in the Amalfi Coast. The suite was very clean and accommodating. The host Carla was amazing! She was very helpful, kind, and friendly. We’re looking forward to booking again in the future.

We loved our time at this Villa. Amazing views during breakfast. Which was provided by an amazing lady, Carla. Carla gave by far the best service of the 5 cities in Italy that we stayed during our travels. She was ALWAYS available with any questions during and weeks leading up to arrival. I felt I knew her before we even arrived. She helped us with restaurant suggestions, helped arrange a private boat tour. Anything we needed, she was there for us. I would 10 out of 10 stay here again because of Carla. Such a hard worker. Thank you so much!

This was a beautiful villa, I have to give it to Carla she was amazing. Very active and not only helped us with good suggestions but also arranged very good transport. If you are in positano i would suggest staying at this property.

The room was clean with an amazing view of Positano. One of my favorite memories is sitting on the terrace and watching the sunset over the sea and hills. Carla, the proprietor, was very attentive and gave a personal touch. The complementary prosecco was some of the best I've ever had and her breakfasts were a wonderful way to start the day. The hotel is located on the main road so it was easy to drivers to reach. It is right across from the ceramic shop balcony that offers one of the prettiest views in Positano and is close to many restaurants and shops. I loved my stay and would definitely stay here again.

This was an incredible experience. Carla helped us book multiple activities, including a boat tour that I will remember for the rest of my life. Carla made me feel very comfortable and we were in communication months before our arrival. She also made breakfast for us with ingredients from her own garden, along with assorted Italian pastries and delicacies.

Excellent location! Drop off is down the road as there is no place to stop in front of property. Nice outdoor area to sit and enjoy the beautiful view. Staff is personable and willing to assist in any way. Beds are very hard but otherwise nice, adequate rooms.
