"Stayed 3 nights as a solo traveller.
The location is fantastic, next to central train and bus station. Room was fine with a comfortable bed and kettle. Great shower. Room slightly chilly and I couldn't get radiator to heat up. The breakfast was
included and quality and choice of food really good
Also next to an impressive shopping centre.
I had an early flight and staff kindly provided a breakfast selection in reception at 5am, which was super.
I had paid extra when booking, to have use of the spa facilities, which are open till 9pm. Large spa bath, sauna, steam room, cold plunge pool, foot baths and loungers, plus refreshments counter. Only criticism, wet floor extremely slippery. I nearly fell and saw younger guests slip too! I was handed a robe and a couple of toiletries at check in, but didn't need them and at checkout was asked to pay for those items (unexpected!)
