"This cabin was the most perfect cabin for a honeymoon getaway. The view of the mountains, stars, and wildlife was breathtaking (See photos for the amazing view!) The kitchen was the perfect size for a week of groceries and light cooking. The property manager was polite and patient with any questions we had. The location was conveniently only 10 minutes from several grocery stores and restaurants, but most importantly only about 30-90 minutes from the destinations we had planned to travel to: SKQ Dam Overlook, Flathead Lake, Glacier National Park, and the Missoula Airport I thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent here, from reading at the patio table, to dancing in the kitchen with the record player going, to watching the sunset peak from the comfortable bed- every aspect of this cabin was intimate and inviting and dreamy. I recommend this cabin to any couple looking for a getaway in a dreamy-destination. "

"We were in the area for a wedding in Missoula. Spent 3 wonderful nights. Not far off highway but very quiet. Plenty of out and indoor living. The 2 en suite master bedrooms worked great for our family. Would recommend this to everyone that comes to the area. Host Carrie was very accommodating. Thanks for sharing your childhood home."

"This hidden gem was unlike anywhere I have stayed for a family get-together. Nancy was so helpful and responsive to all our needs and her husband's knowledge of the history around the region was absolutely amazing. My father and he had an amazing visit discussing this, as my father was born in Polson in 1949 but didn't grow up there. The little drive up the dirt road to the rental had beautiful scenery and wildlife just hanging out beside the road. Once you got to the cabin we met with Nancy and she was very welcoming and assured us if we needed anything, to not hesitate asking as they lived on the property 1/8 of a mile away. The rental was exceptionally clean and had stocked shelves of dinner and cookware, any spices one might need, and coffee already available for use in a Keurig in the kitchen. The view from the deck just off the living room off the top floor had a bbq and table with 2 chairs that me and my fiance used every morning while enjoying our morning coffee. There are many trails around the cabin, which are definitely worth taking while staying there. Beautiful creak runs through on one of the trails with beautiful little waterfalls. There are bears in the area which Nancy provided bear spray at the rental in case we needed them. Saw markings however never encountered any while on our stay. Not enough space here to include all the wonderful things about this rental. Definitely worth it and I will be back to this gem in the Mission Mountains very soon!!"
