"First, make sure the windows are actually secure and not just sitting in the sill with broken frames. The window in our room provided virtually no sense of safety or security, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Beyond that, the place desperately needs a deep cleaning--the smell was rancid and overwhelming from the moment we walked in. The carpets were filthy, worn out, and bare in multiple spots, adding to the feeling of neglect throughout the property. And if that doesn't concern you enough, the regular police laps around the block certainly add to the atmosphere. If earning a reputation as the worst hotel in Post Falls was the goal, mission accomplished. This experience also made me seriously question Expedia's vetting standards--especially with a property like this on their platform."

"They gave you a voucher for breakfast to Denny's or $7 off your meal. Keep in mind you need to also be able to tip the waiter who serves you. If staying on the first floor you will smell the pool through the whole hall and the laundry room through half way through the hall. Very strong but once in the room you won't smell the chemicals. Started to get sick after the 2nd day after going to take a bath I noticed there was a ton of Black mold in the shower. The lights are so dim in the rooms so when I pulled out my flash light you can tell they dont clean very well at all. I would not recommend if you have allergies or health issues to stay here at all. They need to do better job with chemicals and to clean their rooms. When we checked out early I told the staff why and they acted like they knew and wouldn't talk about it."

"Clean room, friendly staff, nice decor/atmosphere, convenient location. Paid extra for a river view balcony...was told our room was in the far corner upon check in. Got up to the room and must say "river view room" was pretty much only on a technicality. It was a view of the other building and pool and if you leaned over the balcony, you could see a small section of the river. AC unit/fan was very loud (helped me to sleep with the white noise but could be disruptive to some). Parking was super sparse and was a separate charge."
