"WTHeck…No elevator!!! nor first floor options except for suites which were not offered unless we wanted to pay lots more money. The night stand lamp w/outlets didn’t work. I took it downstairs to lobby for replacement. I don’t understand why another lamp couldn’t be moved from another unused room. We were there 2 nights and still didn’t see a replacement. Very disappointed in staff lack of service. I feel like as Expedia customers, we are being treated with less consideration when situations arise. I loved the Denny’s breakfast vouchers!! You can choose 3 items w/juice or coffee or use as $7 towards another meal. It was perfect!!"
