"The stay was good except housekeeping entered my room while I was out even with the do not disturb card on my door. Apparently they have a policy in place that housekeeping comes in every 3 days. The day they entered was the 2nd day. While I can appreciate the replacement towels and garbage taken out, they never should have come in my room. This policy was told to me after the fact and by the manager, not the staff checking us in. I ended up throwing out my toothbrush because you never know with people, even if management says they are great. I’m definitely not okay with how this was handled. Besides this incident, everything else was good."

However the front desk manager was so rude giving the worst vibes like he doesn’t understand how customer service works, arrogant, condescending, I don’t know what he was judging against but left me very bad impression for this stay."
