"Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato per 8 giorni nello splendido Casale degli ulivi e ci siamo sentiti come a casa nostra grazie all’ospitalità di Raffaele ed i suoi figli Cosimo e Mattia. "My great grandfather was born in the very small town of Aquara and, in planning our trip from the USA to Italy, we were looking for a peaceful, welcoming spot to stay while we paid a short visit to the city. The staff was terrifically accommodating and the property was beautiful. There is a restaurant, small bar and pool on site as well as short walking trail, hammocks and, since they are up on a hill, beautiful views of the valley below Aquara. "

"Der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich und wir konnten spät in der Nacht einchecken (Nachtflug). Es gab wohl Missverständnis bei der Buchung. Ich habe für 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder gebucht und es war aber nur ein Zimmer vorgewärmt. Das zweite war sehr kalt. Für eine Nacht war für uns ok. "

"Wir haben bedauert, nicht einen Tag länger geblieben zu sein. Der Weg zu den Tempel ist nicht lang und somit ist der Standort günstig. Schräg gegenüber ist eine Bar mit netten Bedienungen, falls man das Frühstück nicht selber machen möchte."

"Inizio col descrivere l'Hoste: persona gentile e molto disponibile. La struttura: centrale, sulla piazza di Laviano (borghetto piccolissimo e isolato), pulito, nuovo, munito di ogni comfort. E' presente uno spazio comune dove c'è una cucina fornita di tutto il necessario per la prima colazione e poi ci sono le singole stanze, ognuna con bagno privato. Per chi dovesse pernottare in questo paese la consiglio senza dubbio."
