"Very modern, spanky clean, spacious rooms. Almost a mini studio.
In Moab downtown, very close to Arches and not too far from Canyonlands (halfway between Island in the Sky and Needles district).
Lots of restaurants around.
No fluff. Simple, efficient check in and out procedures.
Will use this property again!"
"Overall our stay was wonderful and we would come back. The hut was very clean when we arrived. The automated emails were a little clunky before we arrived but we didn't have any problems getting into the hut. We had one minor issue during the stay with our door code but we were able to get a very quick answer which made it a pleasant experience. Depending on the hut you are in (I believe the odd numbers) the back of your hut faces a hotel. The lights at night from the hotel will shine into your windows in the back bedroom but doesn't impact the rest of the hut. This didn't bother us but worth noting in case you like it completely dark while sleeping. Having two bathrooms is a nice feature. The loft is perfect for kids. Overall a great place to consider staying at. "
Beautiful home w/ covered decks & grills - great for large groups
10/10 Excellent
"The house as a whole is beautiful and beyond our expectations. There were some kitchen cleanliness issues. I spoke with the owner and we resolved them quickly. My only thought is for a house that sleeps so many, it was difficult to cook in small pans to feed the amount of people we had. To make spaghetti i had to boil water in 4 small pots to make 4 lbs of pasta. Leaving no pots or burners to make sauce... it would be helpful to offer large pots for larger groups. Otherwise this location is ideal. The accessories tv, wifi, bbq, backyard... were excellent condition. "
"My husband had an amazing stay at Ulum. The staff was awesome, the location was beautiful and the tent was perfect (clean, hot water to shower daily, etc. - all as advertised). The restaurant was great - food was delicious and the nightly smores were a hit. Honestly, I can't say enough positive things about this place. We both highly recommend it! :)"
