La Villa si trova a Kolios, su una collina, a 100 metri dalla strada principale, il che ci ha permesso di stare fuori dal caos ma con possibilità di rapidi spostamenti nell’isola. "The guest house is in a beautiful quiet location with a great view of Portaria and Volos. The rooms themselves are very well kept, and very clean. There is great air conditioning in the room that kept it cool. The owner is lovely. Breakfast is included in the stay and though not put out at a specific time the owner always checks if you would like breakfast or coffee. Hotel Kostis

10/10 Excellent

"Hotel Kostis was great value and overall perfect for what we needed. It’s a basic hotel room, no bells or whistles, but the location is perfect, right in the core of all the shops and restaurants. The staff and owner are wonderful, friendly, helpful, and kind. The hotel is clean and cute, if a tad dated, but for the price and location I would not complain at all. We were in Skiathos for the end of summer stormy weather, so, there wasn’t a lot to do indoors and being shoulder season. But overall our stay was very pleasant and the hotel is cute and affordable. Would definitely recommend and stay there again. "
