"I have stayed here several times in the past, but the last time I was here was 8 years ago…nothing changed which made me very happy! Still had the friendliest staff, wonderful hot tub, great swimming pool, nice clean rooms, and easy to get to everything. Culvers & Mexican restaurants you can walk over to but McDonald’s and all the great downtown restaurants (Little Italy) are very close as well. Had a wonderful time with my 13 year old grandson!! "

"I found the surroundings rather unique.The hotel is nestled in a ravine So it felt secluded even though it was right along route twenty (Dodge avenue). I appreciated that we had a free breakfast, even though it was just a cold breakfast, I was disappointed because I was looking forward to some waffles. Front desk was very pleasant & accommodating. The only aggravation that we had was 2 of the housekeeping staff having a very loud, animated conversation in front of our room in the morning which woke us up."
