"El lugar es hermoso. El portón eléctrico y las cocheras muy buenos. Lo único que los Dptos. 1 y 2 están separados de los espacios comunes (gimnasio, patio, etc.). Además con un bebé es complicado subir las escaleras con el changuito. Como sugerencia deberían colocar telas mosquiteras en las ventanas. Lo demás muy bueno el Dpto. Gracias por la amabilidad de sus dueños. 100% Recomendable!!! 👍"

"This apartment is well located, in that it is within walking distance on the central area, and right off the #40 highway if you are driving. We had trouble locating the property as the map from VRBO indicated a different area. The owner was quick to assist us when contacted. Unfortunately we found dirty dishes in the cupboard and dirty floors. The owner refunded our cleaning fee when we expressed our concern. The property and furnishings need a refresh to make this a great rental unit."

A começar que o Senhor Luiz nos recebeu na porta e quase não nos deixou entrar, pois queria que tivéssemos feito a reserva com ele e não com o site. Ao entrarmos no quarto, estava SUJO, com cabelos o chão. A toalha é dura, horrível. A cama é horrível e o quarto abafado. Não tem ar condicionado no quarto do casal como menciona no site. Não é oferecido café da manhã e não tem opções variadas de...

"Great location, a quick walk to restaurants and shops and plenty of plates/glasses/cookware for 2. Only problem was heating. Living room unit didnt work so there was a space heater we left in the luvung room. After the 2nd night the bedroomheater would only blow cold air so we were left with 1 space heater that we moved around depending upon where we were."

"The little apartment had everything we needed to enjoy our time in Mendoza. Restaurants were within a few walkable blocks. A grocery store and Panaderia were only a couple of blocks away. The hosts were very available and responded quickly and promptly. We loved it and would recommend this apartment."

"The apartment is reasonably well equipped, although there were some things that did not work properly. Easy to walk to many restaurants and parks. The main problem is that the mall below the apartment is very active with many people and this generates a high level of noise."
