"Very warm and cosy, ell equipped, found spiral staircase easy. Toilets & showers up and down. A few nice towns within 4 miles. Lots of antique shops & places to eat. As we went in February, National trusts were closed. Would be a great place to stay in the spring to Autumn."

"We had a comfortable, quiet break away in a lovely rural setting. Exactly what the holiday cottage promised and we had a warm welcome. "Pleasant stay at this cottage. Well equipped, enclosed garden, and very warm (underfloor heating throughout). Slightly dated interior could stand a refresh and minor maintenance needed like the bathroom fan and an external light not working, but this is minor nit-picking when compared to the good value this place represents! Would happily stay again and recommended for future guests."

"Great property with all the needed and expected items available. House was beautifully clean for our stay with lovely white bed linen and white large bath towels. Super comfy bed on the top floor and reclining sofa in the lounge. Top floor is reached via a spiral staircase and the bathroom is on the ground floor....both fine for us as clear in the details of the property."

"We always stay at the Lincoln Hotel when visiting Lincoln. Lovely staff, comfy beds, great breakfast. Excellent location for visiting the Bail, cathedral, castle and the Strait. Plenty of local shops and a visit to the Wig and Mitre is a must"
