"Arrived late in the day and was welcomed by the owner and taken to our room, it was super spotlessly clean and smelt really nice, very comfortable bed and awesome shower perfect room for 2 Next morning we were greeted with a friendly smile and a good morning then told breakfast was included in our room rate, we were given a small but super tasty menu and cooked a very fresh and super tasty breakfast by the other owner and delivered with a friendly smile and enjoy and it filled the spot, awesome meal All in all what a fabulous place to stay, cosy, tidy and fresh tasty food so do your self a favour and travel the extra 10 mins south of Roxbrough and stay here🤓"

"Room was clean and provided kitchen materials to make breakfast if you buy the basics. Their continental breakfast was $16 each and cappuchino was $5. Dinner was very tasty with a good seafood chowder. White wine was good quality (its Central Otago!) and fair price.... Plenty of space in the room. Hard to regulate the shower volume...always full flow. Comfortable motel, would stay again. Roger. "
