"Overall not a bad experience but could have been better. Location is great. Bathrooms are shared but mostly clean. Single room (#15) is very tiny and dark but does the job if you only need a place to sleep. Very close to the bathroom though so it can be annoying at times when people slam the door, the exhausting fan constantly going is not very pleasant either. Two other issues: I left the sign to have the room cleared 2 days in a row and no one showed up. I was in the office all day so couldn’t...

"Small yet just nice size for one person. It was a bit noisy at night since a restaurant is right next to the hotel. My room was at the first floor and Garbage bins were in front of the window. I could hear the sounds in the morning when they empty the bins. Except that, it was a pretty comfortable stay."

"This was a gem of a find. The property is well kept. The room was so clean. The bed super comfortable. I had the most amazing view of the harbour bridge all lit up. I cannot fault the hotel or the staff. Amazing find!"

"Potts Point is a great area to base yourselves in in Sydney and Spicers is a great "hotel" - actually, that's too impersonal, it feels more like a home away from home. The reception staff are interested and attentive, our room (No.8) was well provisioned and superclean, we were in walking distance of interesting local shops and restaurants, and a short Uber to the CBD. Thoroughly recommend."
