Friends weekend

We had a great time at this property and it was a great meeting point for our friends who have since grown apart and moved away from each other. It was easy to find and the property management team made it very easy for us to enjoy our stay.

Great place to stay.

Overall everything was great and it was a cool house. We couldn't get the grill to work outside and the upstairs bunk room was hot even with the AC blasting. I would still recommend this place. I wish there was access to the water from the house, but there is water access close.

Perfect property for church youth group

The kids raved about "Living the Dream" -- so much fun stuff to do in this spacious house! We loved the pool tables (two of them!), the ping pong, the fire pit area, and the big screen televisions. Beautifully appointed with everything you might need (except a can opener), and the owner, Mark, is super easy to work with.

Great family time

Although a little dated and quirky, this place was very accommodating and fun for our large family to stay. Most beds were very comfortable, and we had such a wonderful time in the game room. There are several community spaces throughout the house to hang out and visit in. It's a great space! Sarah was awesome to work with. She checked in via text to see how we were doing/if we needed anything. Loved it and would definitely stay again. Thank you!!

Great Place to hang out with Friends and Family !!!!!

We booked this house for our annual Fantasy Football Draft meeting. Place is awesome for entertainment. House was nicely organized for a place to hang out and a separate place to sleep. The man cave was awesome place for us to hang out do our draft and play games, pool, pingpong, and poker. The beds were comfortable. The HVACs kept the house nice and cold. To add to this great stay the marina was only 2 miles away! Walking distance. The lake was only few mins away walking distance. We continue to come back for our fantasy football drafts.

A great house overall. Lots of things to do and places to hang out. Inside and out.

My family and I were quite pleased with the house and its accommodations overall. Plenty of activities provided, plenty of space and places to hang out, and an overall very comfortable place to be. We will definitely have this high on our list and consideration for future stays for this area, this size, etc. The only reason we did not give it a full five stars was that the barn-dominium bedrooms did not heat very well. The rest of it heated and cooled very well, but because the two bedrooms were not equipped with their own heaters, they did not heat as well as the rest of the building. Additionally, with it being fall, the falling branches/leaves/acorns/etc. on the metal roof made for somewhat noisy nights and because the walls between the bedrooms and the bathroom stopped inches shy of the ceiling, the privacy/noise aspect was something to deal with as well. However, we had a great time and it was by far a superior stay to our previous year at a different location. Everyone had a great time, the accommodations worked well enough, and, again, we really like that there were so many activities present both in the main house and the barn -dominium. The owner, Mark, and the concierge, Brandon, we’re extremely accommodating and very easy to deal with. They expressed multiple times how their main concern was a comfortable and enjoyable stay for us. We would give their customer service a definite 5+ stars! I wouldn’t be surprised at all if, upon reading this review, they take our thoughts and make this and even better house than it already is! They were that great!

This is a sprawling home with a vast amount of space. The managing team of the home is excellent as well. They have a high regard for communication and are very clear in their directions for access to the property.

Lake Vacation

The place was a lot bigger than expected. We had a big family to accommodate and there was plenty of room and lots to do. There’s a marina close by and a sandy beach 25 minutes away. Grocery store was only 15 minutes away. Communication with the manger was amazing, we had issues with the Wi-Fi and got help instantly. All in all the family had an amazing time, would recommend for anyone with a large group.

Great Place for Retreat

Our church group booked this home for a retreat this past weekend. It was a fantastic space for our group. Plenty of room and plenty of activities. Communication was great and check-in and check-out were a breeze. Highly recommend.

Fun get away

We had a wonderful time at the cabin. Though it is an older home, it seems to have been maintained well. Then mancave was an ideal hangout for everyone. It doesn't have lake access, but you can hike down the road to some access. We met some of the neighbors and had a fun time getting to know all about the Hodag. It's an urban legend. The great thing about this home is there were many different spaces for everyone to do various activities. The internet is a country internet, so not meant to support multiple devices streaming. Other than that it was a wonderful week!

Lake Texoma family vacation 2022

This is a great place for large families or groups. Plenty of nicely remodeled bathrooms and comfortable beds. The gameroom in the shop was a great place to hang out in the evenings.

Overall we enjoyed the stay. 8 adults and nine children ages 5-19. We used the kitchen extensively to save from eating out so much, and it worked fine. The primary bedroom we stayed in was nice, large and a bathroom nearby. The problem was two of the four adult couples had poor bed accommodations. One couple had to use bunk beds, and the other couple had to use an inflatable bed they brought. There were two “fold out couches” but they were very uncomfortable . The other beds were for kids over in the “play gym”. None of the adults would have wanted to stay over there. The play house honestly was not very clean in the two bedrooms over there. The four window AC unit’s filters were FULL of dirt; one kept shutting off til we took the filters off. Quite a few bugs over there, along with broken pool cues and broken ping pong paddles. “Hayley” was very responsive to our concerns and tried. Lastly, the gas barbecue grill was a total dirty mess! One daughter in law spent a solid hour cleaning it for it to be usable (we had planned hamburgers for one meal). It also had two broken burners as well. A concern for safety for sure. A broken chair in the the main house but think that was about it. We were thankful for the size of the place for our large family, family.

Great house with plenty of room for our kids and grandkids. Pottsboro is my home town where I grew up and I'm so glad I was able to share the lake life with my family. Hilary was an amazing host! Will definitely be back.
