Escape to Lake Texoma at this modern barn retreat with lake & beach access, just a golf cart ride away! Return from a day at the lake to the open game room. Enjoy peace and relaxation with friends and family. Plenty of room for everyone!

3 bed, 2 bath, pool table, shuffleboard, cornhole, arcade, horseshoe pit, firepit.

Please respect neighbors and observe quiet hours from 10pm until 8am.

Barn doors available to be opened from September to April. Keep closed from May to August. Barn open area is cooled by a 2000 sq ft mini split system which only keeps the area cooler with doors closed. Portable fans also available. Guests must be aware this area is cooled but is not identical to typical residential cooling.

We loved our stay! We thoroughly enjoyed all of the amenities and location. Plenty of parking and the neighbors were great. Very close to marinas and the water. We will definitely be back!

The house was amazing and the area was really nice as well. The neighbors are very friendly. The beach area was a good swimming area and there are plenty of places to fish as well. The only thing was the grass in the back yard was kind of high. Over all a pleasant stay.
