The area wasn’t too bad, despite the drug addicts randomly knocking on your door at midnight looking for their dealer. At least the beds were comfortable and the shower was hot and functional.

Run down and gross. Did not feel safe staying here. Very noisy, did not get any rest as other guests were up all night making noise. Our room smelled of pot as well and it wasn’t from us!

Pillows meh . But all in all good

Shower was nice. Toliet was new. Worked well. Lighting was kinda dingy in room. Bed frame was noisy and made a kind of metal pop sound when you sit or move on bed. Pillows were flat and not pillows. My neck is killing me. Complete junk sleeping situation but no bedbugs. Saw a few roaches in bathroom first thing in the morning. Place was in walking distance of lots of cool spots. Nice place all in all and staff is friendly.

I got 8 rooms, and every single one of them was dirty. The level of cleanliness was completely unacceptable. This place should either be closed until the sanitation issues are addressed or investigated by the appropriate health authorities. I would not recommend staying here.

I only gave it one star because I couldn’t give zero! The only bright point was the young man that checked me in. When I left within 5-10 minutes, he was very understanding. He didn’t even start the process of charging me for my dog. Problems: totally run down, the picture showing the outside and inside didn’t look anything like what it looked like in person! The door jamb had many different places to try to close the door right. You could tell it had been kicked or forced open many, many times. But the biggest problem was another person who LIVED there … at all times. He wouldn’t stop staring at me and asking me somewhat personal questions, then apologizing to me for interrupting me, then would start all over again. He mentioned he had been in prison (probably to scare me) and told my husband that he could get by with killinga tone without being punished. Sorry folks, this Texas gal had enough … he scared me!

The rooms were clean , they could definitely use some upgrading. The curtains in our room had holes in them so I was worried about privacy. There were outlets with no power to them, but despite those few things we enjoyed our stay. No one bothered us , we had a staff member ask us if we needed anything.

This place is absolutely disgusting. Blankets have holes rooms smell like cigarettes even non smoking. Cigarette stains everywhere ,mattresses are filthy, and chairs are ripped up. DO NOT STAY HERE.

I checked in Sunday afternoon, went up to the room and hardly could enter through the door because it was so disgusting... the room was not clean, furniture is in bad shape, the bathroom had mold in the shower... the smell of weed was every where... i could go on

Staff was nice, check in was quick. The good: shower was hot, air conditioner worked and had a fridge and microwave in room. The bad: TV did not work, it took all night to get it to connect to the wifi. The remote, even with new batteries from the front desk only worked for a few minutes at a time. We resevered a non-smoking room and the room we were given was not. Very thin walls so we could hear our neighbors on both sides. Flooring was peeling up in spots, there was no smoke detector. This is a hotel that was close to Pennhurst and affordable for the Paracon weekend. Probably would not stay here again

DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE!!!! The "smoke free" room clearly was not smoke free. When I tried to get another room that was smoke free I was informed it would cost another 125 dollars per night. I had a two night stay. I did not stay the second night and was not refunded any money because that is their policy although it is not their policy to provide smoke free rooms despite the false advertising. The location of this place is terrible with loud partying in the street late at night and loud trains passing through every hour. Spend another extra 25 dollars to stay at a reputable place.
