"The only thing I did not like was the increase in parking from $10 to $13.50. Parking should be free at hotels, especially in the Suburbs."

"It’s was a great time .Stayed for some R&R .They only problem was that I asked the bartender for a cup and she was rude and put the cup down on the bar at the opposite end which made me walk to the other end to get the cups .Such a turn off .So I didn’t spend any money at the bar after that ."

"We don’t need to wait those long lines for check and the reservation desk is right around the door when you go in, the curtesy at the front desk is very pleasant they make you feel very welcome and security before you go into the casinos make you feel safe. This is the second time we go there for our wedding anniversary and my wife loves it the room are clean and spacious. We are very very happy to choose this place for our anniversary. "We stayed at this hotel the weekend of May 25-27, 2025. I would like to commend the staff (front desk, housekeeping, bellhop, servers, etc). They were all very courteous, friendly, showed professionalism, and most of all tried very hard to make sure our stay was stress free. We would definitely return should we ever have to come back to Pottstown. Good job everyone."
