Situated close enough to Chateabriant to be convenient for sightseeing/shopping/meals out, but far enough to be peaceful and relaxing. The host, Melanie, literally could not do enough for us. "The house, though not state of the art, was okay. Everything we needed was available. The rooms are spacious as the kitchen is. The garden was so beautiful. We couldn't stop watching (we were at the right time I suppose). Flowers were still blooming and there was an abbundance of fruit and vegetables we were allowed to use. This and the absolute silence was overwhelming.The environment of the estate is beautiful and quiet as well. Ghislaine is a very nice host. Present when needed. "
