"Ah l remember this hotel in 2006, my first visit, it was truly amazing but now it is very tired and it needs such a big makeover. Why the colour grey, the older colour made the he hotel look vintage.
The other issue is that guests sit anywhere they like, drink outside, have takeaway and smoke outside. White so much space the hotel has, why not make dedicated spaces? Why not make a stying area at the back to avoid guests congregating in the front which can be intimidating as some guests are quite loud and drinking just adds to the issue.
