"Our check engine light came on while in route to Atlanta from Dallas fathers day weekend. Long story short, we had to have our Escalade towed to Wagner Cadillac (engine failure ended up needing the entire engine replaced). We broke down right off 20, and parked at Pilot. Booked a Lyft to drop us off at 12 Oaks. I chose this hotel because of the pictures, reviews, but most importantly the unbeatable price for a King bed (considering this was an unplanned expense in addition to the trip we already paid for). I called prior to booking to ensure they were able to give us a room on the top floor away from the noise and the guy that answered was kind enough to confirm he had what we needed - without having an attitude or making me feel like I was bothering him with my picky questions. I appreciated that alone! We arrived, he remembered our conversation and situation and showed true concern/empathy to what I was going through with my three under aged daughters - check in was a breeze. Although the hotel ended up being booked to capacity it seemed like, everyone was decent and kept the noise down. My only complaint was being booked next to housekeeping's room. They made THE MOST NOISE the entire stay. In and out slamming doors, slamming things around in the room, etc. Other than that, this was definitely a steal for the value! I would stay here again. Oh, no bugs!!! Room was cleaned. It's an old hotel that has been remodeled obviously, but it does the job! "

"Nice house in a newer addition across the street from an older neighborhood. Back yard is facing a green belt so you can open all the kitchen and living room windows for a wooded view without staring at neighbors. The road is pretty low traffic and neighborhood was quiet. Fairly central location in Tyler.Kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, utensils, all the common seasonings, k cup coffee, etc. The Weber Kettle was an unexpected nice touch along with some grill tools. Also lots of nice to have stuff like pack and plays, high chair, a wireless monitor camera, and some toys if you have a baby. Garage entry/exit was a bit tedious without a remote, but worked fine using the manual button. What looks like a level 2 EV charger is right in the garage hardwired to the breaker panel.Definitely would stay again. "

"I was homeless and jobless but was able to do door dash, it takes me all day to dash just make $100 a day enough to cover my room and gas for each night. They were very patience and understanding that I couldn’t pay by weekly and I paid by nightly which it probably was pain in the butt lol I am very grateful that I was in a safe place while it lasted. Thank you all for what you do! "

"Loved the hotel but very disappointed about the pet fee. Your Hotels site quoted a lower pet fee but when I checked in, the pet fee was $50. We were exhausted so I didn’t try to find another hotel. Small parking lot but overall nice place."
