"The house and property are gorgeous, the rooms spacious and very, very comfortable, and the proprietors warm and welcoming. Pretty much the ideal combination for a relaxed, relaxing place to rest. We are thrilled with it here. "

"I cannot express how wonderful Sabine and Nicolas are as hosts. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable in their beautiful home, spending time with us and making us feel part of the family and are some of the nicest, most generous people I have ever met. Nicolas is a fantastic chef and I would definitely recommend you try his food. The house itself is gorgeous and in a beautiful part of France. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Gers."
"Stunning farm house that has been modernised perfectly with all the amenities you need. We enjoyed the tennis, pool and mini golf between wedding events we were attending nearby. The food was amazing, we really enjoyed our stay and slept brilliantly. "

"We just had a short stop-over on a road trip and the room was nice, clean and comfortable. The kitchenette is basic but clean and has all of the necessities. For the price, it was much nicer than we expected. The bathroom was roomy and it had a great shower. It's located near the best area for shopping and charming streets and places to eat. There is a small outside area with tables and grass, as well.
The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. If we needed to stay in Agen again, we would stay here."
"Nice place to stay for our stop over as part of a longer trip. Pool was a bonus for the kids.
A bit out of it location wise but we didnât mind.
I asked for code rooms and we ended up on different floors which was frustrating but was ok. "
"A really fabulous house. Wonderful pool and garden. Very calm and quiet. The owners live on site, manage the pool, they are very discrete and are happy to answer any questions. "
"The hotel is an old fashioned motel style low rise block with room doors giving into the car park, a grassed area or a walkway. It was very clean, the air con worked well, the bed was comfortable, the shower was decent and it was very quiet.
The manager gave us a room giving onto a grassy area in the shade as he knew we were travelling with a dog. In the evening we popped into his bar area and were served decent wine. We decided to stay for dinner which was simple home style french cooking, served quickly. Decent portions, very good service. The hotel is in a light industrial area some distance from the town centre. It could do with some renovation/updating but the manager is making it a very nice place to stay due to cleanliness and excellent swrvice"
If you're looking for something a little quirkier than the traditional hotel experience, a stay at a bed and breakfast could be a great option for your vacation.
Why should you consider B&Bs instead of traditional hotels?
Every B&B has its own unique feel. Whether it's a comfy common area with a fireplace or a sunlit breakfast nook to enjoy your morning cup of coffee, the little details are what make bed and breakfasts a home away from home.
