This alluring villa is in Pouzols-Minervois is ideal for a family. It can accommodate 6 guests and has 3 bedrooms. This property has a private swimming pool with sun loungers for you to unwind after a long day.

Ausgezeichnete und schöne Lage mit einem schönen Swimmingpool. Einige kleinere Wartungsprobleme im und um das Haus (defekte Lampen/lose Fliesen), aber das wird behoben. Die Reinigung war in Ordnung, schade um die Haare im Badezimmer (vom Reinigen selbst?). Wir hatten eine wundervolle Woche.

„Wir waren zwei Wochen im Haus und hatten eine tolle Zeit. Im Haus war alles vorhanden, was wir brauchten. Es war sehr warm und wir konnten die beiden bereitgestellten mobilen Klimaanlagen nutzen. Es wäre schön, wenn jedes Zimmer eine feste Klimaanlage hätte. Der Pool war wunderschön, genauso wie die Überdachung daneben. Wir haben hier viel Zeit verbracht. Auch in dieser wunderschönen Gegend gibt es viel zu sehen. Wir können dieses Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

villa agréable avec tout le confort nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances. Piscine très appréciable surtout avec les températures élevées que nous avons eu durant notre séjour. Bonne communication avec la personne en charge de la gestion de cette villa. Beaucoup de sites touristiques à visiter dans les alentours, les marchés de producteurs, les villages pittoresques (Minerve, Roquebrun, Lagrasse...).

Villa au top, cette villa correspondait tout à fait à mes attentes, elle comportait tout ce qu'il fallait pour passer de merveilleux moments et elle était très bien équipée avec plein de rangements. La piscine était grande et les terrasses étaient bien aménagées. Nous avons pu faire de belles balades et faire pleins de visites car cette villa est située entre Béziers et Carcassonne, pas loin de Minerve. Je recommande cette villa.

Villa avec tout le confort et le matériel nécessaire pour passer de bonnes vacances ( il y avait même une boite à couture), beaucoup de rangement. J'ai passé de merveilleux moments sur Les terrasses, transats et surtout la piscine, très appréciable lorsqu'il fait chaud. La villa est située au milieu de merveilleux sites à visiter. Je recommande vivement cette villa.

Dejligt ophold i huset. Der var hvad vi havde brug for i huset. Skønne udeområder, ( stolene udenfor trængte til udskiftning, da flere var itu og revnet) fantastisk pool og udsigten er dejlig. Fred og ro🦋

Woonkamer en zwembad waren mooi slaapkamers en badkamer waren erg klein voor vijf personen Buiten was het erg rommelig door allerlei verschillende terrassen Vonden de prijs voor de woning er hoog voor wat je krijgt had wel een airconditioning in mogen zitten voor deze prijs . Slaapkamer aan autoweg zeer gehorig kan raam niet open houden. Groeten, Gerard

« Luxueuse villa » est un peu exagéré

Beaucoup de bruit le jour et la nuit entre le chantier de plusieurs maison à l’arrière et la route très passante devant. Clim mobile très insuffisante. box TV HS réparée le mercredi. 1 personne est venue pour l’entretien de la piscine le jeudi après-midi sans prévenir et limite poli... boite à clés à remplacer une vraie galère ! Sinon piscine et environs agréables avec beaucoup de choses à voir dans la région

Is allemaal een beetje uitgeleefd, zoals de foto's laten vermoeden is het heel mooi geweest maar in werkelijkheid is het dringend aan wat vernieuwing toe, huis zeer rommelig en staat overvol, ook alle kasten zijn bomvol, het voordeel is dat je niets kan bedenken of dat je nodig zou hebben dat er niet is....en echt wel vuil, we hebben één ander moeten afwassen vooraleer we het in gebruik konden nemen. Vloer was vuil, badkamer was niet proper. In de kasten stonden allerlei vuile glazen, borden, messen en vorken. Kamers zijn heel klein, in geen enkele kamer kan je de deuren van kleerkast volledig openen. Zo lag de zwembadverlichting gewoon los op de rand van het zwembad.
