"We had an amazing stay at Wine & Books in Porto. From the moment we checked in we felt like we were being well looked after and the staff were keen to make sure we had everything wr could need. Maria, who checked us in, was exceptional. She provided us with a map of the city and gave us lots of great recommendations for places to eat as well as things to see. She also made sure we had a kettle in our room rather than just the coffee machine so we could have tea. Our room was lovely too. Breakfast was fantastic and again, the service and attentiveness of the staff was exemplarary. One of the nicest hotel stays I've had - would highly recommend staying here. "

Breakfast was superb, a good selection with freshly baked pastries A great location too overlooking the river, and accessible to explore the city or get the tram outside to the beaches. Would recommend to anyone who likes understated chic hotels, without the bling. "

"They were so accommodating, welcoming every interaction. You cannot beat the location we loved checking out restaurants right down the street. We were greeted with Port wine when we checked-in, chocolates when we arrived back from our day of adventures. Fresh water available at all time and soft robes.
