BUT...There were a lot of parking spaces blocked off leaving insufficient space on the property and I had to park at an adjacent property...which my recently injured knee did not appreciate. Also, Hotels.com did not forward to the hotel my requirement for a "1st floor room or elevator" and I was assigned a room which required me to climb stairs. The night clerk was able to assign me to another room which did not require me to climb stairs, but if they hadn't had another room, I would not have been able to access my room and would not have been able to stay at this hotel. This was a Hotels,com problem!"
