Check-in via lockbox was smooth and easy. I came to Powell River for work and I left before staff arrived and came back after they had gone for the day, but I didn’t need any assistance from them. My room was overall perfect for a work trip. The bathroom was nice and had lots of towels and sundries, the bed was comfortable, wifi was strong. I appreciated the ample storage space for luggage and clothes and it was also a bonus that I had a mini fridge in my room. The only thing I would note is there were quite a few stains on the carpet. I will bring my own slippers next time, I regret not doing so on this trip. Beyond Bliss is walking distance to some great cafes (32 Lakes) and restaurants. I enjoyed my dinner at Genki sushi a block away. I’d stay at Beyond Bliss again!

This is a very spacious room with a separate bedroom, full kitchen. Plenty of space. Air conditioner worked great. Emailed instructions worked well. This property is not brand new, but is clean, and has all the amenities you need. It is also close to good restaurants and shops, and walking trails, parks etc. It is also a great place to stay and do day hikes on the Sunshine Coast trail. Access to parts of it are close by.

Room was great. No complaints there. I was disappointed by the fact that there really was no service. No front desk. No one responded to a question I had about extending my stay. Wonderful view, quiet space. Just no one to address needs.

We liked the location, the staff and the suite was large and comfortable. We did notice staining on the carpets, the coffee pot had coffee remnants in it, and the lamp between the beds was missing a lightbulb. For a short stay, drinking glasses would have been nice as well (the plastic one in the bathroom was broken).

Loved the location, and the check-in staff (located in spa) were very kind. The big issue with our room was the pull out sofa bed. It absolutely would not pull out. My friend and I both tugged and tried to open the bed and it would not budge. We finally stopped trying and I just slept on the couch which was not comfortable. It was late and after hours when we tried to open the sofa so we didn’t contact the emergency number. That was a huge issue bc I booked the room so we could have separate beds.
