"Nice and very functional apartment! Took me about 20 minutes to walk to the convention center in the mornings, and about half that time when I managed to grab a Lime scooter (often available out front). Unit included a coffee maker with filters, but I needed to pick up beans... luckily, there is a Target about 20-30 minutes' walk away. Washer/dryer is a ventless unit, which is great for washing but takes quite a while to dry... I hung my clothes dry and they were ready to wear by morning....

"The building is great - location is great. Property manager communication was extremely poor. Apartment was not very clean, still crumbs on the couch and other various dirty items. The cabinets were not very stocked - they were out of coffee and the coffee maker was disgusting. I would not stay there again. "

"Property unit was extremely dusty and not well maintained or cared for when we entered unit. I have taken pictures of all short fallings of expected and customary expectations with the high standards of VRBOs; in addition to the extreme dusty conditions, the floors and baseboards were not properly cleaned. The stove top was very dirty and the freezer was left with what looked Iike melted frozen ice cream on the freezer shelf. The toaster was very dusty as well as the shelves and nightstands...

"After you have booked this VRBO and paid for it they will send you an additional contract that you have to agree with or you don't get your money back. That contract includes that you have to take photos of the property before you start your stay or they can charge you for any damages. At a rate they decide. I would ask for the contract up front. It's also a lot of paperwork and liability for a one-night stay. For the same price and way less paperwork, hassle and liability I would definitely get...
