An incredibly good hotel. Firstly you walk in to be greeted by the most lovely reception staff, always with the biggest smile. The food is absolutely superb and the most important, the people behind the bar... An absolute must stay if your this part of the world. A hotel I will use in my visits to this part of the world.

Accueil nickel, tous le monde parle anglais, et une personne de l’accueil parle français. Chambre, ça dépend sur laquelle on tombe, il y en a de très bien à seulement bien. Restaurant de qualité (produits frais) mais service long. Petit déjeuné bien mais sans plus. Globalement satisfait et j'y retournerais.

Wir hatten zu unserem Hochzeitstag extra eine Suite (Zimmer 208) gebucht. Leider wurden wir sehr enttäuscht! Am Anreisetag war der Wohnzimmertisch noch von unseren Vorbewohnern völlig verdreckt. Im Schlafzimmer sollte ein LED Fernseher vorhanden sein, doch leider hing dort nur die Wandhalterung. Im WC löste sich bereits die Tapete und nicht nur die. Die Toilettenpapierhalterung hatte sich so gelöst, das die Rolle Toilettenpapier stets auf der Flucht war. Das in einem 4 Sterne Hotel keine Betten gemacht werden, habe ich auch noch nicht erlebt. So sah unsere Suite immer sehr unaufgeräumt aus. Die Betten wurden somit auch nicht frisch bezogen während unseres Aufenthaltes. Ich hatte auch das Gefühl, dass der Bettenbezug schon eine ganze Weile drauf war. (es roch nicht frisch) Wir waren 4 Tage in dem Hotel und das Badezimmer wurde nicht einmal gewischt. Das konnte man sehr gut daran erkennen, weil die Duschwanne undicht war und das Wasser was rausgelaufen ist angetrocknet war. Die Stelle blieb uns 4 Tage erhalten. Der Teppich wurde immerhin 1 x gesaugt. Der Swimmingpool ist sehr klein, da sollte man sich von den Bildern nicht täuschen lassen. Das Frühstück war mit allem versehen, was man braucht. (die Brötchen sind nur sehr klein) Das Restaurant kann man nur loben, die Küche ist wirklich klasse. Das Essen war immer lecker und die Steaks auf dem heißen Stein sind eine Sensation. (sollte man ausprobieren) Toll ist, dass das Hotel wirklich direkt am See liegt!

just one night, but everything ok. Free Parking, free entrance to the spa. The best cappuccino in Poland, I guess. Good bed, one more pillow would be nice.

Bardzo fajny hotel z dobra restauracją. Obsługa w restauracji i ogólnie w hotelu na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Pokój wystarczający pod każdym względem, z wyjątkowo wygodnym łóżkiem. Lekkim nadużyciem jest używanie określenia pokój z częściowym widokiem na jezioro :) z mojego pokoju było widać tylko i wyłącznie parking. Śniadanie bardzo dobre, z jedną sugestią z mojej strony. Jeśli śniadanie zaczyna się o 6:30 to ciepłe potrawy (tosty, jajka sadzone itp.) nie powinny wchodzić do podgrzewaczy o 6:50. Jeśli ktoś chce zjeść ciepłe śniadanie i wyjechać o 7, niestety nie mam takiej możliwości. Mimo tych drobnych niedogodności, hotel i obsługę uważam za świetną.

Rozczarowanie

Hotel wygląda bardzo ładnie i nowocześnie, lecz po wejściu do niego widać nieprzemyślany układ (idziesz na basen przez recepcje obok które są stoliki kawowe i restauracyjny). Pokój w środku zaniedbany, widać zużycie, łóżka bardzo niewygodne(już lepsze są z ikea), jedna mała poduszka, brzydko pościelone, obite drzwi w łazience, a widok;) Widok na jezioro to niezłe naciągnięcie, tak naprawdę jest widok na parking, za to z parkingu jest piękny widok na jezioro, aż człowiek zastawania się dlaczego hotel nie stoi na miejscu parkingu. Śniadanie standardowo kiepskie. Atut: bardzo miła obsługa i naprawdę ładny basen.

Top Hotel, nur zu empfehlen

Top Hotel in der Nähe von Poznan. Gut zu erreichen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten. Sehr gutes Restaurant, besonders die Steaks. Nicht im Zentrum, für Zwischenübernachtungen top. Schöner Pool und Wellnessbereich.

Specially positive was the restaurant connected to the Regatta Hotel. We enjoyed an absolutely delicious steak from Polish cattle which was served on a hot, really hot lava-stone on a beautiful arrangement of potatoes, salad and sauces. Not to forget about the really nice and friendly personnel! -- Second very positive thing was the breakfast buffet. A careful selection of fine food, prepared with care, a real joy to start a new day!

Byliśmy w hotelu przez 3 dni wraz z rodziną. Ciekawy układ pokoi, które posiadają wewnętrzne drzwi, umożliwiające przechodzenie pomiędzy nimi, bez wychodzenia na korytarz. Bardzo fajna strefa SPA - dwie sauny oraz basen. Niestety, droga pomiędzy pokojem a SPA przebiegała przez recepcję z barem. Wi-fi, z bardzo słabym zasięgiem, które można było określić jako właściwie niedziałające. Ładna okolica. Średnia restauracja, ale śniadania dobre.

Lækkert hotel med super køkken

Lækkert hotel med et rigtig godt køkken og rimelige priser. Vi nåede desværre ikke at udforske området, men hotellet lå i rimelig afstand fra mine forretningsmæssige aktiviteter.
