"Terribly disappointing hotel. For a 4-star , among the 5 most expensive, the value for money ratio was terrible. In a 2 bedroom suite, the second bed was a fold out, with a ratty mattress. In one-week stay, sheets and towels were changed once, floors cleaned twice. They could not provide me with a water kettle or early coffee (coffee shop opens at nine). Breakfast and lunch buffet were uninspired and certainly not fit for a vegetarian or someone with dietary needs. At “pick” hours, one could...

"We grew up in Spain but live in the US. We wanted to go back and visit family and rented Gaby's house. We absolutely loved the time we had there. The pool is beautiful, the outdoors grill area was something we used every day and the layout of the rooms is great: my wife and I had the master bedroom upstairs while my inlaws were on the first floor. Gaby and her husband were very nice and super responsive. Overall, we had an amazing time!"

"Very satisfied with our stay in the apartments. Stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which had all the facilities we needed. Very friendly staff that answered any questions politely and helpfully. Food was good with plenty of choice although the buffet style could mean it was, on occasion, not hot enough. Good choice of pools and bars."

"Estaba muy sucio. Baños con restos orgánicos y pelos. Suelos muy sucios. Los artilugios de la cocina sucios. Restos secos de café en las tazas guardadas. Colchones muy incómodos y sucios. Almohadas con manchas. Sábanas incompletas y camas sin hacer. Antes de entrar quien nos entrego las llaves nos dijo que había productos por si queríamos limpiar nosotros.
