"This place is CLOSED yet hotels.com keeps offering it online. I booked through hotels.com as part of my trip and when I got their and the hotel was no longer in operation, and it was a nightmare dealing with hotels.com. They are pushy and it is a mess. When I started demanding my money back, a pushy person who spoke broken English called to sell me ANOTHER hotel, but refused to give me my money back. I am realizing hotels.com is a racket."

"New condition and great decoration style. I was not satisfied with the cleaning, when we entered the suite we inmediately notice dirty floors & counter tops of kitchen with stains plus humidity smell of towels in spite of having a dryer inside the suite which apparently the cleaning personnel does not use!
