"Outstanding! The staff at this hotel are extremely service oriented and friendly. They helped us book a tuk tuk to go pick up our bikes and let us store our bags for the day as we arrived early. When we returned at check in time, our bags had already been taken up to our room. Other compliments - bike storage, easy parking very close to the hotel, an outstanding breakfast, and a wonderful roof top restaurant and bar with a great view of the old city. "

The parking was excellent but a reasonable walk from the Truilli. If you have problems walking there are plenty of hills and stairs. Nothing is flat. Saying that it is still worth a visit. We were so pleased we stayed there. 2 nights is enough. "
