"I chose this hotel because the website said they provided free airport transportation. I did not click further to read that they only provided transportation from 10am to 5 pm. That should be upfront and center!! We had to keep our rental an extra day and stress in the morning about dropping off the car and getting to the airport on time! Because we had to leave earlier to drop off the rental, we were not able to have breakfast at the hotel! The entrance to the hotel is not easily found! And to get our luggage up the winding stairs was difficult. There was no one to help!!"
