"Staff were really friendly, breakfast had a good spread of eggs, bacon, cerial, pasteries, coffee and juice was also available. The views are incredible and there is a little town about a 5 min walk from the hotel which has a few bars and restaurants."

All the hotel staff were superb and make you feel like you're on holiday at all times. The superior double room was great with amazing views of the lake and mountains. "We had a great time at Villa Isabella. From start to finish, it was magical and fantastic. The staff were very helpful, attentive and kind, while the room and breakfast were fabulous. The parking was a real bonus as well. After we checked out and were on our way to Val Gardena, my wife realised that she had left her medication in the fridge in our room. We called the hotel and they arranged for the medication to be delivered to us within 24 hours. Outstanding service and genuine kindness."
