"my wifi wouldnt work just to find out as i was leaving that they had spelled my last name wrong which is used to connect to the wifi. they had sandli instead of sandlin but the staff as beyond excellent! The check in guy and the shuttle drivers were so kind asnd considerate. we are going back in october and taking another couple and geting 2 rooms "

"We came to enjoy the pool during spring break with our two small kids and found so much more to explore! We live a little over an hour away in the downtown Pittsburgh area. Great food (we are at Trace and Skyline), friendly staff, great breakfast sandwich + good coffee at the coffee shop! We loved the zoo so much that we visited twice - we paid for the extra animal experience at the zoo the first day we went, hours were a little short so this took up most of our visit, but was worth EVERY penny for the kids!! We loved how extended the indoor pool hours were, esp cause that was the #1 request from the kids! Lots of beautiful outdoor space too! We can’t wait to come back in full summer to enjoy the outdoor pool and for the Christmas lights! "

"I booked a stay in a handicap accessible room, with a tub. I have a snydrome that makes standing for showers difficult and prefer a tub. We received a room with a shower. No problem, it was one night. The staff was friendly, breakfast delicious and the mattresses nice."

"On Expedia, this property is listed as No pets allowed, which is why we chose it. I have allergies and need a no pet location. While there, we saw several dogs in the hotel. Their actual website says pets allowed. Expedia has the wrong information!!!"
