Gostei da localização, pois a praia em frente ao hotel é vazia. E fica a 900 metros do centro. Só senti falta da internet nos quartos. Só conecta na área da recepção e piscina.

Tudo para um bom período de descanso.

Hotel muito bom. Area de lazer completa e com saida diretamente na praia. Apartamentos com varanda e vista para o mar. Atendimento simpatico e atencioso por parte do staff. Otima localização e de facil acesso ao centro e area comercial da cidade. Recomendo!

Primeira impressão desagradável!

A primeira impressão foi muito desfavorável porque apesar de termos feito nossa reserva com antecedência de 1 mês, tivemos uma desagradável surpresa: após uma exaustiva e longa viagem vindos de Itacaré: simplesmente o Hotel Cahy não reservou nossos 2 quartos! Começaram questionando se fizemos corretamente a reserva, depois alegaram que poderia ter havido um problema com a Internet(OI??). Enfim, depois de uns 40 min de conversa, nos alocaram, por 1 noite, em uma outra Pousada, cujo quarto era extremamente inferior ao qual pagamos. O Hotel: localização excelente, área externa agradável, atendentes educados. Quarto frente mar amplo,. Banheiro: deixou a desejar quanto ao seu aspecto: cinza, com rejuntes cinzas e em especial dentro do box, estava encardido)tomei banho de chinelos! Para se manter com o "nome" que tem, logo, logo vai precisar de sofrer uma boa modernização.

Excelente localização!

A localização do hotel é ideal, perto foi centro, Beco das Garrafas e literalmente na beira da areia. Você acessa a praia pela parte traseira do hotel. O atendimento e funcionários são excelentes. O café da manhã também é muito bom e farto. Os quartos são simples mas atendem bem até um casal com dois filhos. Fiquei em um quarto com TV de LED, ar condicionado split e frigobar novo. Já me hospedei 3 vezes no hotel e gosto muito, porém tenho algumas observações importantes a fazer sobre a manutenção do hotel. Atenção especial precisa de ser dada às áreas da academia, do salão des jogos, cadeiras da piscina e estacionamento. As áreas não estão bem conservadas. A academia está quase inutilizado. Nada funciona direito e está enferrujada. A sinuca está quase sem tacos, sem suprimentos e sem conservação adequada. Quando chove molha a mesa e a área é pequena para a sinuca. As cadeiras de praia estão em final de vida útil e precisando da troca dos revestimentos. Muitas lâmpadas do estacionamento estão queimadas ou faltando. Gosto muito do hotel e pretendo me hospedar novamente, porém acredito quer estes pontos devem ser ajustados. Espero ter contribuído.

Atendimento excelente. Acredito ser a melhor estrutura de Prado eliminando-se os resorts. Quartos e banheiros novos e localização ótima, pé na areia, próximo ao centro e aos restaurantes. Pra quem não quer sair, tem restaurante aberto no almoço e na janta.
