Eine schöne Zeit an der Ardèche

Wir haben in diesem Ferienhaus 14 schöne Tage mit 2-4 Personen und einem Hund verbracht. Für Hundebesitzer ist wichtig zu wissen, dass das Grundstück komplett eingezäunt ist und dass unmittelbar hinter dem Haus schöne Wege für Spaziergänge in die Weinberge sind. Ansonsten ist der Pool natürlich das Highlight der Unterkunft. Innen ist alles wie auf den Fotos zu sehen eingerichtet und bei der Ausstattung der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt. Genossen haben wir insbesondere den Kührschrank, der Eiswürfel produzieren kann. Das Haus selber ist gut aufgeteilt und erfüllt seinen Zweck - man darf allerdings auch keine makellose Villa erwarten, eher ein zweckmäßiges Ferienhaus im Süden. Ein großes Plus ist die Lage des Hauses, wenn man die Umgebung erkunden will. Innerhalb von 30 Minuten kann man mit dem Auto alle wesentlichen Ziele der Umgebung erreichen, ein Kanu- und Fahrradverleih sowie ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zum Flußufer im Dorf sind es zu Fuß etwa 10 Minuten. Leider ist unser Pool während unseres Aufenthalt einmal "grün" geworden, aber Margaux war schnell vor Ort und innerhalb von zwei Tagen war das Wasser wieder klar. Für lärmempfindliche Gäste muss gesagt werden, dass das Haus recht nah an der Hauptstraße liegt. Die große Hecke, die ringsherum vor neugierigen Blicken bewahrt, dämpft aber auch die Straßengeräusche. Insgesamt hat es uns sehr gut gefallen und wir würden das Haus erneut buchen und weiterempfehlen.

Maison idéalement située et joliment décorée.Le jardin clos et sans aucun vis à vis est un vrai plus pour les enfants et les chiens.Une douche italienne à la place de la baignoire serait idéale.De nombreux travaux d'extérieur ont été effectués depuis les photos, notamment une superbe terrasse qui entoure la piscine.Une pergola serait appréciée pour profiter des repas en terrasse car le mistral empêche souvent d'ouvrir le parasol sous peine de l'abimer.Notre petite famille a bien profité de ce séjour en Ardèche.La propriétaire a été très agréable et disponible.
Vue de la terrasse. Le top pour surveiller les enfants dans la piscine tout en prenant son café !

Localisation et proximité avec les activités - Manque de propreté des lieux ( barbecue, oreillers avec traces, eau verte dans la piscine etc …)Rafraîchissement nécessaire tant côté intérieur qu’extérieur sachant que les travaux dans le jardin évoqué en décembre 24 sont loin d’être finis, les portes et volets sales, carrelage extérieur cassé et coupant, etc…)Mauvaise insonorisation entre les chambres mais aussi entre les sanitaires et le séjour)Propriétaire indisponible à l’entrée comme à la sortie malgré sa présence proche Mauvais rapport qualité/prixConclusion : on trouve beaucoup mieux à ce prix dans le secteur et la sensation finale reste que l’argent prévaut au détriment de la qualité délivrée . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. Et l'installation de la nouvelle piscine a été une très bonne surprise lors de notre arrivée. Comme sur les photos, la maison est joliment décorée et plutôt bien équipée. Et le gîte est très bien situé. Nous recommandons..

Maison spacieuse avec piscine et location pratique, un séjour au top.

Nous avons eu un bon accueil de la propriétaire qui nous a donné une liste de « bons à savoir ». Une bonne surprise nous attendait puisqu’une nouvelle piscine venait d’être installée. La maison est bien équipée, nous avons particulièrement apprécié l’air conditionné, le congélateur/frigo très grand.

Maison rénovée dernièrement très agréable et fonctionnelle. Emplacement au calme avec un jardin bien clôturé pour notre chien. Hote très accueillante. Je recommande pour un séjour en Ardèche près de vallon pont d'arc. Seul manquant : un lave linge aurait été apprécié.
