"Staff were rarely present to help with any issues, and repeatedly passed you into the next person who was never available. I was told to send e-mails, which went unanswered. Staff overall not helpful. I paid for included breakfast, and was no issue the first 3 days, but the fourth day, it was all of a sudden a problem and I was berated into paying for breakfast twice. Staff rarely present/available, and when they were there, they were overall not helpful. I would not go back. Location is good, but not enough to make up for poor service. There was also no fridge or safe in the room, I found that unacceptable."
