The property was very hard to find and the check in desk was even harder to find. The property was very run down. They offered no products except hand soap and toilet paper. The location was close to public transportation and very convenient that way. However the neighborhood was not idea. Both my husband and teenage son were propositioned many times by hookers, one right outside the hotel. I was very disappointed with the property and would not recommend it to anyone, especially for the price we paid.

Как и другие отели центра Праги, апартаменты оставили противоречивые чувства. С одной стороны: метро и трамвай прямо у входа, расположение на Вацлаваке сложно комментировать. С другой стороны: освещение в номере ОЧЕНЬ тусклое. Принимая во внимание, что в основном в отеле появляешься в тёмное время суток, это напрягало. Не работала лампа над раковиной в кухонной зоне. Пыль под кроватями не убирают совсем. Настройка температуры системы отопления - танцы с бубнами. Всё это на фоне цены более 180 евро/сутки. На кухне есть вся посуда, кроме половника (купили в Теско, подарили отелю). Тарелки из Икеа глубоко поношенные - все в трещинах. Холодильник небольшой с зоной морозилки (без отдельной камеры). Убирают через 2 дня с выносом мусора и сменой полотенец.

The location is nice and central. However, the building is extremely old and the decor dated. The boiler also kept breaking meaning we never had hot water when we needed it. Each time I had to call reception who would send someone up to help. However, on each occasion, we would wait between 20-45 minutes which ate into our time during our short city break. I would NOT recommend these apartments

C’était mal passé avec la communication entre les réceptions je ne suis pas content du tout .j’avais réserver une nuit et téléphoner au service hôtels.com pour demander rester encore une nuit il m’a dit c’est possible de réserver directement à l’hôtel donc je demande à la réception pour rester encore une nuit et demande le prix 46€ pour la deuxième nuit je suis d’accord à ce prix.quand je fais le check-out une autre réception m’a fait monter le prix pour 90€ la nuit je n’ai pas accepté j’avais laissé une caution 50€ ,donc c’est pour la deuxième nuit ,fait très attention !! Je vous conseil demander une preuve pour confirmer c’est un peu arnaquer quand même

위치 너무좋아요 테라스 있는 방으로 요청했었는데 제일 위층이라 프라 시내 전체와 프라하 성까지 한눈에 다 볼수있었어요 ㅋ 전자렌지가 있어서 딱히 조식 신청안해도 아침마다 햇반돌려서 먹었구요 ㅋ 한끼는 항상 한식먹을수 있어서 좋았습니다 ㅋ엘리베이터도 있어서 꼭대긴데도 편햇구용 그래서 시내 중간에있어도 전혀 시끄럽지 않아서 좋았어요. 마지막숙소도 여기로 할걸그랫어요 ㅠ 오스트리아 간다고 나눠서 다른곳에햇는데 너무 시끄러웠답니다 ㅠ

Det vær./lejlighed vi boede i vente mod en gård som virkelig er en grim baggård. Der var ingen ventilator heller ikke ved efterspørgsel. Når man åbnede vinduet larmede et stort og gammelt klimaanlæg fra en anden bygning. Med åbne vinduer var der stadig eksternt varmt i lejligheden. Det var koldere på gaden. Der kommer inden vind ind i baggården. Lejligheden er slidt med ødelagt lampe ved komfur, lister mangler, spidebordet er ødelagt i pladen og der er ingen kold vand i hanen i køkkenet. Gardinet hænger. Hvis man går op i det var der heller ingen brandalarm (ikke synlig) i lejligheden eller i gangen, lejligheden er på 6. Sal. Men den ligger centralt og i god gåafstand til de ting man gerne vil se.

Wasn’t able to charge credit card upon checking and had to pay cash upfront. Ventilation was not very good and only 2 small fans were provided despite our request which was not sufficient for 4 rooms. Very noisy - you can hear footsteps thumping on the floor above and people shouting/ singing at night/wee hours. Doors creaked and some lights didn’t work. Water pressure from shower heads were poor, drainage is bad - very slow and seemed clogged for the bath tubs. One of the toilets cannot be locked, so if you are staying with a group of people, privacy may be an issue. All room doors are without locks from inside, only key locks. Some of the single beds were not comfortable - you can feel the springs when you lie on it. Overall cleanliness was average eg dust covered cabinet shelves but kitchen was generally clean and well equipped. external environment was good, accessible and convenient.

Unfortunately their is no aircondition or other means to cool the apartment. Also, the WiFi was not working 90% of the time. No work was done. However, you can’t beat the price or location. I would stay here again, with the recommendation of adding additional fans or installing an airconditioner!
