Design loft 6B

Completely furnished new loft apartment of 40 m2 situated in an apartment building with the address Na Zámecké 11. The originally historical building has been completely reconstructed. The building is very calm and quiet, has an elevator, and is very conveniently located - in a calm street with great accessibility to the city centre. The view from the windows overlooks the Grébovka park. High-speed internet is free.

The interior is made up from a corridor with integrated cloakroom, bathroom with a toilet, living room, and an open bedroom on a maisonette. The apartement has air conditioning and recuperation. The kitchen is filly equipped with appliances, including a dishwasher. Tableware, utensils, and cookware are all also present and available. You will also find a sufficient plenty of storage space, a TV, shutters, cleaning supplies, bedsheets, and towels. A shared in-house laundromat with enough washing machines is also available on the same floor for free of charge use.

In the living room there is a sofa bed for up to two people. The rent is set for two people, if the apartment is occupied by more people, it applies as follows: three people - the supplement is 100 EUR/month in addition to the basic rent, four people - the supplement is 200 EUR/month in addition to the basic rent.

The wooden stairs lead to the upstairs bedroom are not much comfortable for the elderly or small children.

The host ghosted us - did not provide check-in instructions or respond to calls or emails. We were forced to find last-minute, very expensive accommodation. VRBO's book safe guarantee helped cover the price difference, but the experience was stressful.
