Amazing hotel

Top notch service. This place is clean, nicely decorated and provides a warm home away from home feel. The bathroom is updated and clean. The kitchette has all the necessary dishes and tea kettle. The location is good. The staff is exceptional. The breakfast is wonderful. There is zero room for improvement in this hotel.

Fin lejlighed med god beliggenhed - dårlig service

Fin udstyret lejlighed med aircondition og med rigtig god beliggenhed til en storbyferie. Meget lydt i hele bygningen! Der tilbydes en simpel morgenmad fra kl. 8-10, hvilket i sig selv er fint, men dårlig oplevelse at maden gentagne gange enten ikke er klar eller der ikke er brød nok, så gæster må stå at vente. Medarbejderen virkede stresset og forvirret. Desuden står der i deres velkomst brochure, at de tilbyder ekstra rengøring ved min. 4 nætters ophold. Vi havde et ophold på 4. nætter og oplevede ikke rengøring m.m. en eneste gang. Så dårligt at reklamere med en ikke eksisterende service.

Das Appartment war ganz neu, sehr sauber und ist sehr gemütlich. Klimaanlage ist vorhanden. Einrichtung ist modern. W-Lan ist im Preis inbegriffen. Badezimmer ist modern.Direkt und inmitten der Prager Kleinseite liegt dieses kleine Appartement in einem Wohnhaus.

Bästa läget!

Bästa läget i stan; mitt i Mala Strana, granne med vildmarken (Petrinparken). Nytt, fräscht, rent, lugnt, skuggigt, fantastisk utsikt från takterrassen. Många trappor dock, blir bra när nya hissen är klar. Några minus & förbättringsmöjligheter: #Ingen ventilation. Får använda fönster och AC för att få rimligt klimat i rummen. #Inga brandsläckare, utrymningsskyltar, brandlarm. #Städning sker var tredje dag, men det missades. Kommer gärna tillbaka hit. Sonia och kollegor är mycket hjälpsamma.

Positives - quiet, close to public transport, great breakfast. Nice staff, clean. Negative - the elevator wasn't working and this apartment is on the top floor. I lost count at 14 flights of stairs carrying 2 x 25 kg suitcases plus 2 backpacks with arthritis in my knees made this a nightmare. If the elevator has been repaired I would highly recommend it.

New, modern apartment near tram stops in Petrin

The apartment is new, modern and clean. The hosts are very helpful - as I arrived late in the evening, i was instructed to collect keys from lockbox. Next day i gave details for the reception to process the check in while enjoying the "bonus" breakfast. Honestly, breakfast is just basic (dont have high hope) though i never expect breakfast when hiring apartment. The surrounding area is quiet with tram stops nearby to get to almost anywhere in prague. The host even helps me to print my tickets so i dont have to find a local print service for it. A light err is the apartment is not very good noise cancelled. During our stay, we could hear the neighboring apartment showering and rubbing feet - i bet they might also hear us too lol. But all in all, a pleasant spacious stay for our family at a reasonable price

Checkin unkompliziert, Aufzug war außer Betrieb weshalb wir wahrscheinlich im Erdgeschoss untergebracht wurden. Das Appartment war ganz neu und sehr sauber, für 2 Nächte völlig ausreichend. Leider etwas dunkel, weil vor beiden Fenstern eine Mauer war.
