View from our room was amazing and the hotel’s location to the train station, Old town, restaurants and airport made this a great experience. Staff were wonderful, helpful and friendly in both the restaurant and bar. Breakfast buffet was very nice but some foods could be hotter. However, ordering from the menu provides another option. Overall a great place to stay!

The hotel is in a prime location for visiting Prague. The staff are freindly and helpful, the rooms are spotlessly clean and the beds are extremely comfortable, we only ate breakfast at the hotel during our stay and there was a good selection for all tastes, we never ate dinner in the hotel, but enjoyed a drink in the cosy bar, we also had a look at the menu and were impressed with the choices, maybe we should have took the opertunity whilst we were there but with such a wide choice of restaurants and bars close by we wanted to make the most of exploring them during our short stay, hopefully we can return to Prague again and definitely would book this hotel again

The staff was very helpful and took our bags to our room. Although there were renovations to the bar area, we could still get drinks in the lobby, which was beautiful. Everything is decorated in a French style with a piano and large lobby area with seating on both sides. They arranged car advices for us for 3 different trips. The location is also perfect to old town and the parlance and shopping. We’ve stayed in Prague before and this was the best hotel. Excellent!

A beautiful establishment with helpful, polite staff. Breakfast was delicious and lots of options. Ideal location, we walked everywhere! Rooms were immaculate and the bed was so comfortable. The only negative is the noise from revellers at night but that isn’t the hotels fault (so not blaming the hotel) just want to make people aware that it may disturb your sleep
