Great stay at this hotel. Room was clean and tidy. Staff were friendly and quick to let us in during the late hours. Close to lots of shops and restaurants including a big shopping centre. Was easy to walk into the centre and old town square. The tram stop is around the corner so easy to catch the metro too !

The property was close to transportation. What I was not happy about was their breakfast. It was not free. You have to pay up to €12/person, yet they were not re-filling the items. There was only 1 person doing it when people started coming in the last hour. I thought since I checked the food offerings the day before that I will be able to eat what I saw. I suggest, they should ask people to pay the day before so that they will know if they need to prepare more rather than place less and just let people take what's left even though you paid upfront. I can have a better breakfast somewhere with that amount. There are lots of cafeteria around the vicinity.

I liked the location and the price. The premises were way too old and not up to date. The worst aspect was the poor internet service. It was unreliable and very weak. The breakfast was very nice but the orange juice machine was out and there was not a replacement jar or something. It appeared to me that the staff did not care too much about us clients. They never smiled and were very cold.

Lovely New Years stay

Amazing service as soon as we arrived from a lovely friendly lady on reception. Easy efficient check-in, incredible value for money. We didn’t use the resturant as we were out and about a lot of the time, but the bar was lovely, really quaint and cosy, lovely red wine. Only negative was the pillows were a bit lumpy but I can live with that. Overall I’d use this hotel again and recommend it, good location close to dive walking distance to everything.

Comfort Zero! Very poor condition!!!!!

The hotel does not offer any comfort. The bathroom is very small and tight. I couldn’t even take a shower properly because the shower head was loose. The pillows were saggy. The walls were releasing a white dust that got into my clothes. For the price we paid that hotel should offer at least a decent condition to stay
