Had an accessible room on ground floor. Had heated flooring in the bathroom and was huge. Very comfortable and quiet with neighbourhood car park outside. Staff and cleanliness was spot on. Lovely hotel, ideally situated just off the main road. We paid for an upgrade and had a room on the 9th floor which had views over the river and city. Room was lovely, but the panoramic windows cut the height of the room, but was worth it for the views. Check in was simple, with staff very friendly. Breakfast was plentiful, something for everyone and available until 10.30 of a morning. Would stay here again.
