A great hotel for staying

A very good hotel with excellent hospitability. The staff are very friendly, nice and helpful. They try to cater your needs as far as possible. In particular, I like the lady, who prepares the breaskfast in the early morning, very much. She is cheerful, polite and always welcome the guests with warm smile. The room is tidy and clean, but the towels a bit old. In general, it's a great hotel for staying. If you enjoy walking, it takes you around 20 minutes walking to the main train station and a nearbly bus terminal.

Excellent service and accommodations! Just what we needed to recuperate after a long day of travel before the second leg of our trip. The staff were so helpful and friendly, and our room was meticulously cleaned, comfortable, and charming. We took a short stroll down to Lavicka, based on their recommendation, and had an exceptional dining experience. The breakfast spread was fabulous and we loved their cozy dining room. Would give 6 stars if I could!

A great place if you are on a budget! Great breakfast! Spread was ok, but the lady taking care of breakfast was very friendly always smiling even it is busy! Also Veronica fr the front desk was very helpful! Good location, transit is very accessible fr the hotel! I highly recommend this place! Price and convenience! Im asian and tnere are some good asian restaurants around the area’

Everything is great... However the breakfast could be more varied and healthy. E.g. a little more possibility to mix a boul of musli... as well as dark whole grain bread is missed.

Old and poor conditions.

The room that I booked for three people was spacious but has a terrible smell, like old and mold, the towels has holes and also there is not descents restaurants around if you want to eat.very uncomfortable specially if you want spend four days in the city.l as soon we saw the room we looked for a different hotel. Close to the main tourist points and we found a really great hotel you can walk to the central station, also super clean and very confortable, and modern.

It was good. Rooms were very clean and comfortable but could be more. breakfast was very poor in terms of choices and quality and the staff was not enough to maintain the area clean. the AC was a little bit noisy so we can let it turned on during the night and it gets kind of cold.
