Pleasant stay out of city centre

I was working nearby , this place was close to my client so did the job perfectly, service was very good , restaurant was good , beware if you want to be close to this is a fair distance out .

one night before catching flight.

it is an ideal location for catching early flight, as it sits between the old town and the airport. the hotel seems relatively new, and modern with great amenities. the breakfast is generous with good choice.

I requested for a quiet room but I was given a room where a pet was staying beside my room. The dog was barking the whole night and morning and the staff did not do anything about it. The staff were not at all helpful

When I checked in, I asked the front desk if I could receive a receipt upon check-out, and they confirmed it. I also double-checked the day before my check-out. However, on the day of my departure, the front desk said they couldn’t issue one. We sent you an email that same day, but received no response the next day. When I called to follow up, the front desk told me they would not provide a receipt.

Classy European hotel & Best Breakfast EVER

Check in was speedy with walking directions to a few nearby pond/forest sights. Spacious & very clean room w/AC. Golf motif on headboard is a nice touch. Small & large pillows provided for great night's sleep after 2 days of air travel. Hottest water for entire 5 min. shower so everything was in perfect working order. Glasses in bathroom (not plastic) with safe & mini fridge in room. Separate room for toilet a plus Botanical shower gel/shampoo/lotion in larger quantities than most hotel's usual single use. Has fitness/wellness center with treadmills, weights & Thai massage. Fantastic breakfast--best ever from our experience in Europe OR US: boiled/scrambled/poached eggs, mushrooms, bacon, pancakes, 4 cereals, croissants, bread, coffee/juice machines, cold cuts, fruits (pineapple, apple, blueberries, cranberries, prunes, bananas, oranges,) cashews, small cake desserts, cucumbers, bell peppers, etc. BEST BREAKFAST EVER! We will definitely go back when in Prague as 20 mins. from airport. Only downside is it is 20 mins. to Old Town but one can catch the electric trolley around the city just outside the hotel.

Very clean hotel. Amazing breakfast with a wide variety to choose from. The spa was inexpensive. I tried the Thai hot oil massage, amazing! Convenient location just a short walk to the main tram. Language was a minor barrier but we made it work.I very much recommend this hotel.

Excellent, nous avions une chambre avec terrasse jardin, dans la nature . Après une journée de visite dans le centre de Prague retourner à l’hôtel ( avec le tram n 9 , juste au pied de l’hôtel, grand maximum 10 mn de trajet) Était un grand bonheur, la chambre spacieuse extrêmement propre, grande douche, grande télévision et vue sur la forêt, pour nous c’était un havre de paix … Nous avions choisi cet hôtel à mi chemin de l’aéroport et du centre et bien sûr en fonction de la note sur Expédia, vraiment aucun regret c’était une belle expérience, nous avons passé 3 nuits confortablement et j’oubliais le petit déjeuner est top , tout bien frais à volonté parfait pour commencer une bonne journée… Je recommande cet hôtel à tous les voyageurs qui aiment dormir confortablement et tranquillement…

der service war super, alle mitarbeiter sehr freundlich. das essen war top, sobald im bufet etwas leer war, wurde es direkt aufgefüllt so dass man nie warten musste. die zimmer und das ganze hotel waren sauber und in einem richtig tollen zustand. die lage ist etwas abgelegener, aber direkt vor dem hotel fahren straßenbahnen in die innenstadt.

Sie prüfte auch nicht, ob unsere reservierten Zimmer schon bezugsfertig sind, weil sie keine Zeit dazu hatte denn sie hatte ja mit ihrem Smartphone zu tun. Wir wollten uns nach der Anreise nur etwas frisch machen bevor wir mi der Straßenbahn in die Stadt fahren wollten. Später klappter der Check in dann reibungslos. Auch alles andere war seht gut und wir hatten einen angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Parkgebühr ist allerdings mehr als übertrieben! Es ist schon Nötigung, da es keinerlei andere Möglichkeiten gibt sein Fahrzeug abzustellen.
