My room was clean, very spacious and had everything I needed. The breakfast was great, better than I've encountered at other hotels in Prague and the staff are really attentive - clearing plates etc. The hotel is in a great location and even though it's close to some local nightlife venues, it's quiet and I slept well.

The rooms we booked were really clean; the staff were lovely and could not have been more accommodating, especially with a medical condition to plan around! They were also very helpful in organising our transfers to and from the airport, which took away a massive headache! Unfortunately, the bar was undergoing renovations when we were there, which was a shame.

This is the second time we stay in this hotel and both times we were very satisfied. It is maybe a block from Wenceslas Square and the Museum of Prague and within walking distance to Old Town. It is very clean with a very good breakfast. Every one in this hotel is very nice and very polite. They have a coffee and juice machine in the lobby, available to guests 24 hours a day. I had mentioned that it was our wedding anniversary and they left us a bottle of wine in our room with a beautiful note. They really make you feel at home.

The hotel was very nice, people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good, it was the same everyday. First day the hotel gave us a welcoming bottle of drink in our room. On my husbands birthday we were given another bottle with a birthday card, this was a nice touch. The only problem when we were there was that the hotel were redoing their bar area, so that was not in use. If you are going soon, then just double check. The hotel location was great, everything was walkable.
