When we made the booking, it said daily cleaning. But towels were only changed every 3 days! They didn't even take out the trash after 2 days. They only brought toilet paper. The towels were old. At breakfast, the orange juice was just water every day. Very friendly and helpful at reception.

We loved our stay. The hotel was very clean and the staff were very kind. The hotel is a little bit out of the main town but very close to the tram stop so it was very easy to get into town. Only downside is that they didn’t change our towels when they say they do on the third day.

Very good value for money

Located out of the old town, but only 2 or 3 stops by tram from the very centre. Many tram lines pass by the stop that is just around the corner. My room was bright, spacious and very clean. Reception closes at 8 pm. Didn't get to try the breakfast.
