I loved they had a lock box outside of the apartment for the keys so we didn’t have to worry about losing them. Also, the fridge space was awesome and the communication between guests and property management is extremely fast which I really appreciated!

The apartments are well furnished. It was super clean when I got there. The location is also very convenient, since you've got a tram stop like a 3 minute walk away which brings you into the old town or mala strana. There's nothing to complain about really.

This apt is not in city centre. You need to take a metro to get to the city centre. Although it only takes about 15-20 minutes to get to the city. There are no front desk before 9am and after 5pm. When we got to the room, the bed was not cleaned. There were hairs and the pillows smell. It smell it has not been washed or changed. We told the front desk and service lady change the bed cover. However she didn't change the pillows. We didn't use the pillows. The bathroom smelled like it has not been cleaned. It smelled bad. I was really disappointed as it looked nice from the website. The good plus is its close to a great shopping mall which has everything one needs.

I booked this apartment to be convenient on our way to the airport. Parking and size of the apartment was big factor in our decision. Parking is falsely advertised! There is no parking, you have to find free spot on the street if you get lucky and you’ll find one! I paid for 2 queen beds, 1 twin and sofa bed apartment and got smaller apartment with 1 queen, 1 twin and sofa. And the receptionist/director?? is rude. After addressing the issues she basically told me I am wrong! Very unhappy about our last day in Czech Republic!

Trevligt boende i Prag

Fantastisk personal som var vänlig, kunnig, utmärkt engelska, hjälpsam och service orienterad. Läget var centralt och nära till spårvagnsstation. Det går att promenera till centrala delarna av vackra Prag. Närhet till stort köpcenter var extra bonus. Jag rekommenderar boendet starkt. Lätt att parkera på samma gata också.

Really lovely, family feel to the apartments. We had a duplex apartment separate to the main building beyond a small courtyard which was really nice. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and really nicely decorated. The staff were really friendly and were on hand should you need anything! Excellent location, close to a tram station. We’d highly recommend this property if you’re staying in Prague!!

굉장히 깨끗하고 좋은 아파트였고 주변에 테스코라는 대형마트가 있어서 물건사기도 편했다 관광지는 걸어서 40분정도 걸려서 트램이나 지하철 우버택시 이용하면 편한데 시간 널널하게 시내를 걸어다니는 것도 좋다 체력만 좋다면 ㅎㅎ 아 그리고 셀프 체크인시 비번 맞추고 아래로 내리면서 눌러야 되는걸 몰라서 처음에 당황스러웠다 참고하시길....

Enjoyable & Relaxing Stay

We were a family of 6, in a 3-bedroom apartment. The apartment was spacious, with plenty of space for all to hang out. The beds were comfortable & the kitchen was well-equiped - pots, pan, chopping board, knives and plates/bowls. We were very pleasantly surprised to receive complimentary clothes detergent and a drying rack from the front desk, upon request. It was good to have the convenience of doing laundry in our apartment. Even though we arrived after the front desk was closed for the day, we were given clear instructions to get into our apartment. Much appreciated. The kettle, however, was badly stained & had a sticky layer inside the kettle. We had to scrub the kettle a few times and treat it overnight with lemon juice, before we felt it was safe to use the kettle. We would have appreciated more bottles body wash-shampoo. Only 4 small tubs were provided for 6 people. We could have done with instruction on refuse disposal. This was quickly clarified with a visit to the front desk. We were given trash bags and we brought the trash to the basement for disposal. We were also a little put out with the large unshaded window in the bathroom, next to the shower. Overall, it was an enjoyable and relaxing stay at Little Tom Apartments. Thank you.

Generally the room is okay, well keeped and the location is close to the travel bus station. The only bad thing I would mention is the drain in the bathroom not working on the arrival day. The water is flooding all over the floor when we having bath. reported the issue to them, room is fully booked so I can’t change room, and tooked them one day to fixed it. So I need to fight with the water one more day.

The apt's are great. They have everything you need. The staff is helpful. Reception is open 9am -4pm the latest. It's close to the mall and the tram. I highly recommend Little Tom.
