The location is amazing right infront of the tram station. You are gonna share the bathroom 👎. Again the location is incredibly perfect 👌. The rooms are not soundproof. The service is really good and immediately. The check-in and out is really smooth.

We didn't require assistance from the staff so can't comment on that. The hotel itself was sort of like a hostel private room. There was no staff on site but I saw a cleaner come by for the common areas. The bathroom and shower were shared. My husband and I both didn't really sleep while we stayed at this hotel. It was loud when other guests would come in. Also using the bathroom at night was tough because we had to leave the room and it was very bright. The price was good and it seemed clean. Even when we used earplugs we couldn't sleep and both not sure why.... I wouldn't stay here again unless I was on a very tight budget.

No volvere!

Las llaves de las habitaciones estan todas en el mismo cajetin asique el que lo habra puede entrar en cualquier habitacion. Cuando llegue la llave en lugar de en la caja de seguridad estaba en la puerta de mi habitacion puesta con la habitacion abierta. Asique espero que nadie haya cogida nada y luego me lo intenten cargar a mi cuenta. Las habitacion no insonoriza absolutamente nada, asique la gente que iba al aseo a las 00:30 se escucha absolutamente todo! Desde cuando hacen pis a cuando se tiran un pedo. Bastante mala experiencia.
