Room is outdated. Curtains were dirty had spill stains on them. Balcony had dead bees so you had to be careful where to step. The shower tub combo was hard to get into and is a hazard for trip and falls. The location was easy to access by taxi to Old Town. The staff was friendly enough.

The room was very clean, and the staff were exceptionally helpful. They also kindly stored our luggage after check-out, which was much appreciated. The entrance was slightly hard to find as it requires passing through a bus parking area, but the location is convenient, with bus and tram stops about a 10-minute walk away. It was also convenient that a bus from airport stopped at a nearby bus stop.

The room was very spacious and exceptionally quiet, the staff were friendly, the breakfast had everything necessary, and the hotel's location is excellent. However, the room needs better maintenance and cleaning. The parquet floor moves underfoot and can even be uncomfortable or unsafe when walking barefoot at the entrance. There was also noticeable dust on the bed frame, lamps, bedside table, the floor around the bed, and the small bathroom mirror, suggesting the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The air conditioning worked but was quite noisy; my son even asked, "Why is the air conditioner making music?" Overall, it was an OK stay, but better maintenance and housekeeping would make a significant difference.

Good location

The room is pretty ok if you are traveling yourself. Location is good, 5-10 mins walking distance to city centre. Room is clean… the only thing I don’t feel good is, there is not sun curtains… so you will be awaked by the sunlight…

Best Service Ever

This place was super accommodating. I left my phone in an Uber and 5 of the people at the desk tracked on my phone, Uber and even drove us a half hour away to retrieve it. Could not be more pleased. Breakfast was great, too!

Hotel is lovely, staff were friendly, food was good. Had an issue that our room kept tripping (4 times) out due to an old socket or two apparently, given the heat this meant our room was overly hot, whilst the staff were quick to reset the fuseboard, we were not offered a different room to avoid this entirely. I would suggest after the first time this should have been suggested.

Good stay, bad checkout experience

Good stay and a good beginning but we have been charged for the (we thought free) welcome drinks and chips. We got an upgrade to a superior room which was great. Clean big rooms with a small balcony. Very nice Hotel and very good breakfast. Not ready for complaints. On Google we received an answer to send a mail but no answer at all...

Friendly staff

We had a one night stay before going to the airport, booked family room for 4, on arrival only double bed was ready and not for our children but just went to reception and it was solved very quickly. All staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful. Bed was comfy. Didn’t have a breakfast so can’t comment on that. Didn’t really go out of the hotel so not sure about location too, we just had it for a sleepover to get to the airport. I had perk 20% off restaurant which worked pretty well as the restaurant was pretty overpriced, food was ok, service friendly.

There is no space to put your luggage in your room, except for the floor. Bathrooms are made for disabled people, so when you shower, there's water allover the place. Quiet rooms (facing the hill, away from the street), which is great for a weary business woman/man. They ask you for an online check-in, and even after filling out the form, upon check-in you have to do it allover again. Then what's the purpose of doing all the work yourself ?
