I didn’t get the opportunity to use all the hotel facilities but the hotel was clean and all the staff I came into contact with were very friendly and helpful. It was about a 45 minute walk into Prague central so if you don’t mind the walk which depending where you go was scenic it would be a little out of the way. Although saying that

The receptionist who checked us in, Adela, was very friendly & helpful & the facilities such as the top floor pool & hot tub etc were very good with great views. Only downside was the shower was difficult to operate however this was rectified quickly after reporting it & a new tap system was fitted. The low water pressure was a constant issue. A nice shopping centre was literally minutes away as was the local Metro & Tram systems which made getting about Prague very easy. Overall a very enjoyable stay & we would return to this hotel without question.

Only complaint was two of the elevators were not working so would have to wait a long time for an elevator. Was so glad that they had several usb ports in the room. I forgot to bring my travel converter plug to charge our things, so happy they had more than one. Friendly staff. Was able to get early check in too.
